Information concerning the coronavirus

In accordance with the decision of the Federal Council of 8 September 2021, from Monday, 13 September 2021 onwards, the following protective measures apply to the conduction of meetings and events:

Without a COVID certificate

  • Events for up to max. 30 people
  • Collection of contact details 
  • Catering (consumption of food & drink) is not permitted 
  • There is a general requirement to wear a mask indoors
  • You must continue to observe social distancing rules and comply with the restrictions on the number of persons in each meeting room (please read the information about the maximum occupancy for each room in the following overview*).

With a COVID certificate: 

  • Events for 31 or more people
  • No obligation to wear a mask is required in the authorised area  
  • Catering (consumption of food & drink) is possible on request
  • The social distancing rules and the restriction on the number of people in each meeting room do not have to be taken into account = abolished 
  • Event organisers must guarantee and comply with the requirement to perform the COVID certificate checks

Events and functions can be conducted on request. We would be happy to check the parameters in which you can hold your event with us based on the current guidelines. 

 

*In view of the current situation, the maximum number of persons per room depends on the size of the room, the distancing guidelines and the type of seating. The following limitations currently apply:

Meeting room S: 4-5 persons

Meeting room M: 5-7 persons

Meeting room L: 7-13 persons        

Meeting room L+: 10-26 persons

Meeting room XL: 14-41 persons 

Event room: 21-81 persons

Deluxe meeting room: 4-10 persons

   

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible to book rooms online. We therefore ask that you contact us to make bookings or enquiries by phoning or sending an e-mail. We look forward to welcoming you back to our facilities soon.
